  • There are no days of the week that are unavailable. Jump dates will be worked out after finding out whats best for every one, But all jumps must be scheduled ahead of time!

    Cost:
    The price for our jumps is usually between$100.00 and $150.00 for two jumps. Depending on which bridge we use, and the size of the group that ends up scheduelled on your jump date. And I say usually because for our customers who become experienced and wish to go MUCH higher and crank up the adrenalin and fear factor, we have bridges we use for those jumpers. The prices for these jumps VARY depending on which bridge and just how high we take you, and how many people are in the group. The details for these jumps will be discussed with you in Person when come and do your first jumps.
    With additional jumps available on site , those prices vary also depending on the bridge. But we do give you a good discount on extra jumps!

    Policies:

    We do require a deposit, usually 50% of the total price of each persons total cost for the jumps they sign up for, NO later than 2 weeks before the scheduled jump. However, if you do not schedule your jump until it's less than two weeks away, then in this situation, we ask that you please send it as soon as your jump is scheduled! But if you are serious about getting a date scheduled and held for you and your group, I recommend scheduling your group much more than 2 weeks in advance to hold the spot! As they are usually taken long before that. And the spots are given on a firstcome first to get the deposit in basis, The deposits are refundable up until three weeks before the trip, after that they are
  •  NON REFUNDABLE! In cetain cirumstances we will allow you to transfer the deposit to another jump date. This will be allowed as long as your cancelling your jump does not leave us with not enough people to be able to jump the rest of the people who schedueld and did not cancel, in other words as long as we still have enpugh manower to pull the jumpers back up onto the bridge, since that is how we have to retrieve each jumper.  So if you're serious about jumping e-mail us and we will get back with you A.S.A.P- and we will get you scheduled sooner rather than later.
    Don't forget to include a phone number and the best time to call you!

    Right now our weight limit is 250 lbs, And all jumpers MUST BE 18 yrs old. All groups will begin jumping early in the morning, or late in the afternoon, it depends on what bridges we'll be using. unless we make different arrangements.



    No !! Alcohol/Drinking is permitted at the jump site or 12 HRS prior to arrival at the jump site. Anyone who violates this policy will forfeit their jumps. This is not the time or place to be buzzed up! And this truly is not an experience that you want to ruin by being buzzed up! You won't need it Trust Me !!

    The bungee experience causes one of the greatest Adrenalin rushes you will ever experience! and causes a flood of endorphins that will give you a "Natural High" that is better than any high you can get by putting any drug into your body. And any artificial high will ruin the natural euphoria you get from bungee jumping. And because we will be up on very high precarious bridges and must be very careful- everyone Must be sober and alert !



    What to expect:
         Before you schedule your jump we will tell you approximately where the jumps will take place. I will give you enough directions and details as you'll need to make travel arrangements. A day or two before your jumps, I will give you detailed directions and a map to the bridge, and tell you when and where you will need to meet up with us.
       
       Some of these bridges that we use are a little out of the way. Your car may get dirty, or it may get muddy. Some of them will require us to walk a ways after parking, so YOU may get dirty or muddy as well. You may get wet, from the rain above or from the river below. (some spots we may give you the option to be dunked in the water. So I recommend you bring a change of clothes. Bring your video and still cameras if have them. At this time we are NOT offering videos of your jumps for sale. We used to do thsr but right now we are not. BUT if you bring a video camers i will be glad to film your jump for you. I have  A LOT of experience filming jumps.Because when we started in 89' that was my primary job for a couple years and ai got pretty good at it. And most people who bring a  Video camera and have someone with them film the jump, they screw up A LOT of the time and miss a big part of the jump and they loose them in their viewfinder. It just takes a little experience with knowing the bounce path to follow with the camera.
  •     Also Bungee jumping is a group activity! After you jump a climbing rope will be lowered down to you, you attach it to your harness and EVERYONE that is there has to chip in and we pull you back up! It's not hard at all as long as everyone chips in!!!!! This is the only way to do it at most of the sites we use!! Also after YOU have done your jumps we need you to stick around and continue to help us get the other jumpers up. They were theere for you and halped you get your feet back up on the bridge. Please return the favor and don't leave them hanging! (no pun intended)
      
         Normally when you jump you will be in a full body harness, and you may dive off headfirst or fall of backwards (This is recommended for your first jump) . After that if you want to you may do Ankle jumps for a $10.00 extra fee. For ankle jumps you will wear 2 separate "ankle harnesses" specially designed and built for Bungee Jumping. As well as a back up safety line that is attached to a seat harness. So no matter what you will be safety attached to the cord at 3 points. So there is absolutely No chance of suffering the fate of the jumper who wore the Nike's in the Reebok commercial that you can see on our videos page. (actually he's just fine!)

        We provide all the equipment and basic training you will need. Before we start jumping the whole group will be given a short simple talk on saftey and jumping instructions.
     
       We use both the Mil-Spec system or the American system. which was designed by Bungee Adventures in the mid eighties and it has been tried and tested with hundreds of thousands of jumps,  and is the most common system used in the U.S.  - As well as the A.R.C system (all rubber cord) which is a wrist thick cord that is hand made of entirely Natural Latex Rubber. Which is also commonly called the New Zealand system or the European system, Euro Cord, All~Rubber Cord, A.R.C, etc, etc..........

    When contacting us, please provide the following information:
    -Name (first and last)
    -City and state where you live (i.e. Baltimore, Maryland or Columbus, Ohio)
    -Date(s) you are interested in jumping; if you're flexible or simply want to be notified each time we do a jump, note this here as well
    -How far you're willing to drive (so we can try and match you to a relatively nearby bridge)
     Do bear in mind that most trips will be at least 2-3 hour drive for most people...but if you live in New York City, we don't want to bother you about jumps in  Kentucky.

    We do require a $50.00 reservation fee your spot. It is due NO later than 2 weeks before the scheduled jump. However, if you do not schedule your jump until it's less than two weeks away, then in this situation, we ask that you please send it as soon as your jump is scheduled! But if you are serious about getting a date scheduled and held for you and your group, I recommend scheduling your group much more than 2 weeks in advance to hold the spot!        So I want to TRY to answer some of those here: 


        Scheduling :
     
    We usually don't just schedule "jump dates" and then fill the date up the best we can and then go jump regardless of the response or how many people will be attending. Most of Our jumps are scheduled on an INDIVIDUAL basis, and we need a certain number of jumpers to make a trip.
    There are no days of the week that are unavailable, but most jumps do take place on the weekends. Most of our jumps are scheduled only after being contacted by someone who has a group of people wanting to jump. Normally the jump date will be worked out  after finding out whats best for everyone. Sometimes however we will schedule a jump date ahead of time before anyone has requested that date. We usually do this about once a month. If you see one of our upcoming jumps listed, and you want to be a part of that jump, this is what you'll need to do as quick as possible. Either way all jumps must be scheduled ahead of time! So If you wish to jump and you do not see a date scheduled or one scheduled that is on a weekend that works for you. Feel free to contact us by e-mail and let us know of what date you have in mind, and we'll see about getting something set up for you & your group. If you would like to have a jump scheduled for you, we do have a minimum group size that we must reach before we can set it up. Usually the minimum group size is 8. And that's for a jump of approx. 100-150 ft high, using a 50 ft bungee cord. For a higher jump--- 200-300 ft high, using  100 ft bungees - we need at least 10 people but 12 is even better. If you don't have enough people in your group to meet these minimum group size requirements, let us know and we can usually find enough people to add to your group to get the group size up to where it needs to be. These minimum group sizes are set for one reason.  It's so that we have enough people to make it easy on everyone to pull the jumpers back up to the bridge. The higher jumps using longer cords require a little more man power, because we will be pulling further and longer, causing everyone to get tired and worn out faster, that's why the higher jumps require a few more people in the group..SO to sum it up...If you want to jump, just keep your eyes on our Facebook page------------->                                and here on our website on the JUMP-DATES page.....Don't see a date listed there? or see a date that's no good for you? e-mail us and propose a date which you would like to jump on, and we'll do our best to set something up for you and your friends. Don't have enough friends who want to jump on that day? Let us know when you e-mail us just how many people you will have coming with you if we can get your date set up. If you come up short on people I'll do my best to add other singles or groups of 2 or 3 to your group to get the total up where it needs to be.Obviously if you want to jump....it has to start by us communicating with each other.
